Hintergrund AI Assistant is a personal assistant reachable through Telegram and connected to your Google account. This policy explains what data is used to provide that assistant.

Information we process

  • Your Google profile information, such as name, email address, and profile picture.
  • Google OAuth tokens needed to access Google Calendar, Google Tasks, and Google Drive files after you grant permission.
  • Calendar, Tasks, and Drive file data required to answer your requests and perform requested actions.
  • Telegram identifiers and messages you send to the assistant after connecting through Google OAuth.
  • Basic technical logs needed to secure and operate the service.

How we use information

We use your information to authenticate you, connect your Google account, respond to your assistant requests, read or update your calendar, tasks, and Drive files when you ask, prevent abuse, and maintain the service.

Google user data

Hintergrund AI Assistant requests access to Google Calendar, Google Tasks, and Google Drive files only to provide the assistant features described on this site. We do not sell Google user data and do not use it for advertising. Access tokens and refresh tokens are stored for service operation and should be revoked by disconnecting the app from your Google account if you no longer want the service to access Google data.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. Data may be processed by infrastructure providers used to host and operate the service, and by Google or Telegram when you use their connected services.

Data retention

We keep account and connection data while your account is active or as needed to operate, secure, and comply with legal obligations. You can revoke Google access from your Google Account permissions page at any time.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data, including OAuth, httpOnly session cookies, and Cloudflare-hosted infrastructure.
